BLD*  Below the level of detection. The lower limit of detection for the Ridascreen (R-Biopharm) FAST Gliadin ELISA is 10 ppm wheat gluten.  The RIDASCREEN Gliadin test is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of gliadins from wheat and corresponding prolamines from rye and barley in food. The lower limit of detection for the walnut is 1 part per million. The lower limit of detection of the Neogen Veratox ELISA for peanut and almond is 2.5 parts per million (ppm) Amounts below these levels cannot be reliably detected in these assays. One ppm is equal to 1 mg of peanut or gluten in 1 kg of sample product.
